What can running in shoes that are a little narrow do to the health of my feet? - wide width running shoes
The width of the feet are medium to large. I just bought running shoes of medium width, because they do not Wides. They are a little tight, but not too badly, although I could not bear to add a bit more space. I was curious to see what the shoes were too narrow for my feet to do with race wear? Is it bad for my feet? What kind of problems occur, I can?

Last year, my friend had shoes that were narrow. After a month, undercutting bear ended with a bone in his foot. The shoe squeezed to the bone near the feet and cause damage. These shoes were just shoes every day. It took about 3 months to heal to win. I suggest always the size and shape you need.

depends on the degree of proximity. Is well adjusted, the wings could be hurt. could lead to, blisters, foot pain, shin splints, stress fractures, knee and hip injuries and other problems.
ReplyDeletedo not do well for your feet when you're not on wide shoes, barefoot
ReplyDeleteYou have to wear shoes that fit. Too big or too small, it can lead to serious injury.
ReplyDeleteYou need shoes that are suitable for you. I do not know how close to yours, but if it is too narrow to get new (at least for racing too)
