I think not. After ordering a replacement for my faulty LCD screen, a mail message with the barcode. I thought it would be a shipping label from UPS, but they are his own tracking information. Has anyone on their return from newegg.com shipping back broken when the original product?

No, you pay no shipping costs back, even if the product is defective.
